Key terms of reward Programme

    1. Customers earn 3 -7% Cashback on every Purchase of Non discounted products
    2. Silver Tier gets-3% cashback, Gold 5% and Platinum 7% cashback for every amount spent.
    3. Cashback earned would be valid for 12 months from the date of credit. If not spent within 12 months from the date of credit, such cashback will automatically lapse and will not be re-credited in any event.
    4. Cashback earned by the members are non-transferable in nature to any person whomsoever.
    5. For redeeming the accumulated Cashback, member at the time of payment can directly utilize cashback credited in their respective online registered account on the Website.
    6. In case of the customers making purchases in foreign currency (other than INR), the conversion value of INR to such foreign currency, to ascertain the value of each Cashback in foreign currency, will be decided as per the discretion of HOM

 

Detailed terms

  1. General
    1. These general terms and conditions ("T&C") govern the Customer Loyalty Program ("Rewards Program") by House of Masaba Lifestyle Private Limited ("HOM").
    2. The Rewards Program aims at providing rewards and benefits to all the customers of HOM located across the globe as a reward for showcasing their loyalty towards HOM.
    3. The Rewards Program covers Purchases made on www.Houseofmasaba.com only.
    4. HOM at its sole discretion, without any prior intimation, may alter/modify the T&C and/or the structure of the Rewards Program including discontinuation of the Rewards Program itself.
  1. Membership
  1. Membership under the Rewards Program is voluntary, valid for a lifetime and is non- transferable.
  2. Any individual who has attained the age of 18 years and is shopping online at HouseofMasaba.com is eligible for membership under the Rewards Program as per T&C.
  3. A customer will be classified as a (i) Silver (ii) Gold and (iii) Platinum member based on their total purchases made after the launch of the Rewards Program.

  1. In case of purchase made by a customer in foreign currency (other than INR), the INR equivalent of such purchases will be decided as per the discretion of HOM. Such converted INR value shall be used by HOM to ascertain the classification of customer and accumulation of loyalty points. The Dollar reference given above in indicative table is just for convenience of customers, for purpose of calculation of Tier, only INR equivalent of such purchases would be considered.

 

  1. Earning Cashback
    1. A member will be automatically upgraded from a lower Tier to a higher Tier once the accumulated purchase reaches the minimum level for the next tier. However, at the time of upgradation the member will be eligible for earning Cashback for the lower level Tier and not the higher Tier for the purchase responsible for upgradation of the Tier.
    2. All members of the Rewards Program are required to provide mandatory information including full name, valid & active mobile number and email-id, and adhere to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed for membership from time to time by HOM. The membership under the Rewards Program will be granted solely at the discretion of HOM and the final discretion on all matters relating to the membership shall vest with HOM at all times.
    3. The membership obtained under the Rewards Program is only for individual use and not corporate purchases.
    4. At any point, HOM reserves the right to withdraw, alter/modify any or all of the memberships issued. HOM will have limited liability to the Rewards Program member, only to the extent of the reward points available in the credit of the member's account. At any point in time, HOM shall not be liable to the member of the Rewards Program or his/her family members/friends for any inter se disputes between them. HOM will not be liable to customers for not giving any benefit of Rewards Program/ Cashback, due to discontinuation/ cessation of Rewards Program/ Cashback under any legal/ statutory requirement.

 

  1. Earning Cashback
  1. All the members under the Rewards Program will earn Cashback based on the purchases they make on the houseofmasaba.com under their membership number ("Cashback"). The Cashback earned by a member is based on the tier category (refer Membership point 4 above).
  2. Members will earn Cashback as per below mentioned table basis for every purchase of non-discounted Items:

  1. The credit of Cashback against purchases made will take about 30 day to reflect in the member's account. However, HOM shall not be responsible for any delay in having the Cashback credited into the member's account.
  2. Members can check the Cashback earned by them from their online account on the Website
  3. The Cashback earned would be valid for 12 months from the date of credit of Cashback. If not spent within 12 months from the date of credit, such Cashback will automatically lapse and will not be re-credited in any event.
  4. The Cashback earned by the members are non-transferable in nature to any person whomsoever.
  5. HOM reserves the right to refuse to award Cashback for any breach or non-compliance of these terms and conditions or failure to pay for the purchases.
  6. Cashback earned under the Rewards Program cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount whatsoever. Cashback will not be earned inter alia any of the following events:
    1. Special Offers
    2. Discounted products
  • Purchase on products that has complimentary offer.

  1. Redemption of Cashback
    1. The Cashback credited to the member’s account can be immediately redeemed towards the next purchase of products at houseofmasaba.com subject to the T&C. The value of each Cashback is equal to 1 INR.
    2. In case of the customers making purchases in foreign currency (other than INR), the conversion value of INR to such foreign currency, to ascertain the value of each Cashback in foreign currency, will be decided as per the discretion of HOM.
    3. Once the transaction is completed, the Cashback in a member's account will be reduced to the extent of the Cashback spent. If there is any shortfall in payment under an invoice after redeeming the Cashback, the member shall pay such amounts separately by other means as suggested by HOM to such member.
    4. For redeeming the accumulated Cashback, member at the time of payment can directly utilize cashback credited in their respective online registered account on the Website.
    5. Cashback once spent against a purchase can, in no event, be re-credited or reversed.
    6. No cash refund will be entertained for purchases made by redemption of the Cashback in the case of purchase returns/exchange. In an event of return/exchange a customer shall be eligible to earn Cashback on the payment of additional amount (if any) made on such subsequent purchase.
    7. HOM shall reserve the right to refuse redemption of Cashback for any breach or non-compliance of the T&C or failure to pay for the purchases.
  2. Other Benefits to Members
    1. Special Discount
      1. In their birthday month, members of Rewards Program can avail special discounts on the basis of the Tier they fall into for any size of single order as per the table given below:

  1. As a part of the above given privilege, the special discounts as applicable above can be clubbed with any other offer available on that given day.
  1. Other Terms and Conditions:
    1. HOM reserves the right to withdraw any one or all of the memberships issued under the Rewards Program.
    2. The members are requested to update any change in their registered mobile number, address and any other profile information from time to time on the Website, or write to us at shoponline@houseofmasaba.com, or WhatsApp us on (+91) 8452950459. The member shall be responsible for providing accurate information, including name, address, email-id and mobile number. HOM relies solely on the information provided by the member from time to time and shall not be liable for any incorrect information or failure on the part of member to forthwith update any information or any consequences arising thereof.
    3. In the event of a dispute between the member and HOM, with regard to or in relation to the Rewards Program, the decision of HOM shall be deemed as final and binding.
    4. All the terms and conditions are subject to the Indian law and disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra India.
    5. By becoming a member of the Rewards Program, a customer consents to and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned herein or as modified or varied from time to time by HOM.
